We reviewed drawing angles in standard position and the vocabulary surrounding this topic. We also introduced radian angles. We used the definition of radians to develop a simplified formula for the arclength of a circle related to the size of the central angle.

Today students worked on a Logarithms Review Assignment in preparation for their Ch. 5 Logarithms Test which they are writing tomorrow.

Today we went over 5.3 Properties of Logarithms. We learned some rules that will allow us to manipulate logarithms so that we can simplify expressions and solve equations.
